Small Meeting or Birthday Party

The Hopkins Pavilion is available to rent every day of the week and can accommodate anything from a small meeting or birthday party to a large gathering of up to 2,500 people. For more information view the Hopkins Pavilion Birthday Parties page.

Reserving Space

1. Decide what type of space you need by browsing the options below.
2. Read through the Rental User Guide (PDF) to make sure the Pavilion will meet your rental needs. If you are unsure, please give us a call.
3. Submit the online Pavilion Facility Rental Request 

After you've submitted your request, someone from the Pavilion will contact you directly to confirm your reservation.

• Dry Floor (available mid-May through mid-August)
• Ice Arena (mid-August through February)
• Indoor Turf (available March through mid-May)
• Meeting/Conference Rooms
