Rental Fees & Payment

The Hopkins Activity Center accepts cash, checks or credit cards for damage deposits and fees. 

All applicants are charged a fee according to their classification and the number of rooms being used. All groups are subject to sales tax unless a completed ST3 form is submitted with application.

(AA) City of Hopkins Sponsored: Police Department, Pavilion, Center for the Arts, Etc.

  • Open houses open to the public where there is no charge to the participant

(B) Community Use: Hopkins Residents, Hopkins Civic Organizations & Community Service Organizations

  • Community service organizations might not be based in Hopkins, but reaching out to service Hopkins residents and there are no charges to participants to attend the activity.
  • Family (parent / guardian and their immediate family members) occasional recreation time
  • Meetings and training open to the residents of Hopkins where there are no charges to the participant

(BB) Community Use: Hopkins Residents, Hopkins Civic Organizations & Community Service Organizations

  • Family or membership 
    • Anniversary receptions
    • Birthday party
    • Funeral
    • Social gatherings
    • Wedding
  • Meetings, training and events open to residents of Hopkins and there is a charge to the participant

(D) Other: Businesses, Non-Resident, Etc.

  • Events that do not meet the above criteria
  • Private rentals
  • Using the facility to promote or make a profit for themselves or others by non-Hopkins School District residents
