Neighborhood Map & Associations

There are 19 officially designated neighborhoods in Hopkins. At this time 7 of those 19 have active neighborhood organizations (see list below).


Organized Associations

The Avenues Neighborhood Association
Established in 2010, the newest neighborhood association encompasses the Avenues area of Hopkins east of 12th Avenue.

Hobby Acres Association, Inc.

Established in 1940, the Hobby Acres Association, Inc., was formed in 1955.

Meadow Creek Condominiums
The largest condominium association in Minnesota. Located at 11th Avenue South and Smetana Road.

Minnehaha Oaks Association
A small neighborhood group who fought to preserve the forest now known as the Hiawatha Oaks Preserve.

Nine Mile Cove
Fifty-six villa homes near Hwy 169 and Lincoln Drive

Park Valley Association
This 50+ year old neighborhood association has a long history of socializing and organizing around issues affecting the neighborhood.  It is located just south of the SUPERVALU distribution center.

Westbrooke Patio Homes
Westbrooke Patio Homes Association was incorporated as a 328 townhouse community in 1973. It is located on 23 acres in southern Hopkins.
