Project Background
Raspberry Ridge II (formerly Hopkins Village II) is a proposed 4-story apartment building that will contain 43 units (11 - 1BR, 18 - 2BR, 14 - 3BR), fitness center, residents' community room, exterior recreation space, interior & exterior bicycle parking and 43 underground vehicle parking spaces. This infill development will be located on a portion of the surface parking lot for the Hopkins Village apartment building located at the southwest corner of Mainstreet and 6th Avenue South.
