Blake School Early Learning Center

Project Background

The Blake School has submitted site plan review and conditional use permit applications to build a new Early Learning Center, make pedestrian and vehicular access improvements to Campus Drive, and to build a replacement accessory structure located in the northeast corner of the site, which would replace an existing parking lot, for the transportation and grounds maintenance services. The proposed projects are scheduled to be built from the spring of 2022 and to be completed by early fall of 2023.

Neighborhood Meeting Process

City policy requires certain land use applications include a neighborhood meeting hosted by the applicant. This neighborhood meeting policy requires applicants to meet directly with neighbors and receive feedback before going through the City's formal land use review process.

The Blake School hosted a neighborhood meeting to discuss the project with the public on November 10, 2021.
