Rental Inspection Feedback Survey

Over the last year, the City has deferred rental inspections due to public health concerns regarding COVID-19. As we look to restarting the rental inspection program, we also began to review the rental program, ordinance and processes with a few goals in mind:

• Looking for efficiencies and equity improvements.
• Utilizing the rental program as a platform to building upon our current police and fire outreach efforts to meeting citywide renter engagement and participation goals.

As part of that process, we are asking for your input as property managers since you have a unique role and stake in the process. Below is a link to a short survey. Your participation will help us gain high-level feedback from property managers about the previous rental inspection program.
