1. Presentation by Donna Hanbery

Attorney Donna Hanbery shared updates on 2023 changes to Landlord-Tenant Laws and provided a template for an Eviction Prefiling Notice.

2. Hopkins Climate Solutions Fund

Hopkins Sustainability Specialist Mikala Larson presented on the Hopkins Climate Solutions Fund. This program offers incentives with replacing energy equipment and installing renewable energy systems. Eligible projects for multifamily property owners include lighting, solar energy, electric vehicle charging equipment, and more. 3. Community Organization Updates

ICA Food Shelf and myHealth Clinic shared a packet of resources to share with residents about local support services.

JCI Hopkins shared more about their organization.

4. City of Hopkins Updates

The Police Department shared upcoming summer events and opportunities: Summer Youth Program, Cops N Kids, Summer Open House, and the Intensive Comprehensive Peace Officer Education and Training Program.
