Façade Improvement Program is Accepting Applications The Façade Improvement Program is accepting applications until March 20, 2026. Eligible properties are located between 5th Avenue and Shady Oak Road and between 1st Street N and 1st Street S. Individuals, families, groups and businesses can purchase a bricks with names imprinted to be placed in Clock Tower Plaza at the southwest corner of 9th Avenue and Mainstreet.
