Hopkins, MN – City Manager Mike Mornson has named Casey Casella to serve as the City of Hopkins’ next Assistant City Manager.
Casella has a bachelor’s degree in political science and master’s degree in public policy, both from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. She has been serving as Assistant City Administrator and Management Analyst at the City of Savage since 2020. Previous roles include City Management Fellow at the City of Edina, Government Relations Assistant at the Association of Metropolitan Municipalities, and Administrative Intern at the League of Minnesota Cities.
Casella will start her new position March 11. She succeeds Ari Lenz as Assistant City Manager.
