- Child and Teen Checkups: 612-348-5131 Assists youth in finding and scheduling medical and dental appointments, as well as arranging transportation and interpreters.
- Hennepin County Youth Resources: 612-596-1300 Refers youths in need to programs, resources, and services.
- Homework Help (Hennepin Library): Offers free online tutoring every day from 1:00pm to 11:00pm in English and Spanish. In-person tutors are available on a rotating basis at library locations available on their website.
- Hope Street: 612-204-8211 An emergency shelter run by Catholic Charities for all young people aged 18-24 offering a safe place to stay for 30-90 days and holistic care during their stay.
- Mental Health MN Relate: 651-493-6634 Online, anonymous peer-to-peer mental health support for youth ages 18-25.
- Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid Youth Law: 877-696-6529 Provides free legal advice and representation to youth under 18 years of age and young people 18-24 who are in high school, working with a transitional living program, or experiencing homelessness.
- Move Forward: 952-988-8336 Free mental health care, housing, and case management services for youth and their families aged 11-24. Drop-ins welcome.
- myHealth for Teens and Young Adults: 952-474-3251 Provides same or next day appointments (in-person and online) at low- to no-cost which include medical care, reproductive health care, counseling, and educational services for young people ages 12-26. Parents/guardians will not be notified of reproductive health visits, though parental consent is required for other kinds of visits if under 18.
- No Hassle Youth Food Shelf: 763-493-3052 Food self for anyone under the age of 21.
- YMCA: 763-493-3052 (Youth Resource Line) Connects youth to various services, including shelters, basic need drop-in centers, health and wellness care, food resources, mental health care, resource hotlines, educational services, employment, and programs for youth involved in or graduating from foster care.
- Youthlink: 612-252-1200 Assists youths facing homelessness with basic needs, employment, education, health resources, and supportive housing.
