Project Description
Cassia is proposing to develop a new skilled nursing facility adjacent to their existing Chapel View campus. The proposed location is the former Mizpah Church property, a 2.4-acre parcel at 412 5th Avenue N. The new development proposal would include demolishing the church building and constructing a new two-story building with 88 beds.

A neighborhood meeting was held on Monday, September 11 at Gethsemane Lutheran Church located at 715 Minnetonka Mills Road. Minutes from the meeting can be viewed here.
City Review Process
The land use approvals must be reviewed and granted by the City of Hopkins.
The Hopkins Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to review the application on September 26, 2023, starting at 6:30 p.m., and the Hopkins City Council will review and consider the application on October 3, 2023, starting at 6:30 p.m.
